Gabby Seufferheld Prada is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting adults across the lifespan—from young adults to older adults—as they navigate life’s challenges. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. As a native Spanish speaker with Argentine roots, she has several years of experience providing therapy in both English and Spanish.
She strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to focus on the areas you're ready to work on. Whether you're facing anxiety, life decisions, grief/loss, or just not feeling like yourself, Gabby’s approach is tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.
She is a graduate of the Boston College School of Social Work and has provided care in outpatient mental health and integrated primary care settings in Boston, Massachusetts, and Champaign, Illinois. She is currently licensed to practice in Illinois and offers both in-person and virtual sessions.
